Refund Policy
- The application fee is not refundable.
- Refunds after the published deadlines will not be considered for reasons which are beyond the control of the college. (Not attending the first class, job transfers, changes in work schedule, etc., will not be considered grounds for appeal.)
- Stopping payment on a check or credit card does not constitute official withdrawal and will result in additional fees and collection costs.
- Exceptions for refunds can be granted during the first half of the term for induction of the student into the U.S. Armed Forces; death of the student's spouse, child, parent or legal guardian; death of the student; verifiable error on the part of the institution; and verifiable incapacity, illness or injury which prevents the student from returning to school for the remainder of the semester.
- No refund is made after the first half of the term.
- Refunds are made to the student or to the contributing party in proportion to the payment of original fees made by each.
- Students are responsible for either paying for, or officially dropping from each class in which they register even if they do not attend. If a student fails to drop during the full refund period they will be responsible for all tuition and fees.
- Refund checks are issued at the end of the third week of instruction.
