Steps to Enroll

We are excited that you are interested in pursuing your higher education needs with us! Please complete the necessary steps below before enrolling in class.

Complete a TMCC application for admission online. Contact the Starting Point or chat online if you have questions.

Get help with your college expenses by completing the online FAFSA.

Required Enrollment Steps (RES)

If you are a new, degree-seeking student, steps three, four and five are required. If you are not a new, degree-seeking student, steps three, four and five will help to ensure your success at TMCC, but you are not required to complete those steps to enroll.

Take TMCC's free ACCUPLACER placement test to discover which courses are right for you. Contact testing services for more details.

Manage your transition into your first semester. Register for a free new student orientation or contact the Starting Point for assistance. Sessions are scheduled at each TMCC campus and education center at times that will fit your schedule.

See an academic advisor to create your personalized educational plan that takes into account your potential major and course requirements. Several options for advisement are available. Choose the best option for you.

Finishing each required enrollment step improves your ability to continue on your degree path, complete your classes and graduate on time. The college offers each step free of charge.

Register for your classes online and search TMCC's Web-based class schedule to find the most current class information.

Pay your fees prior to the payment deadline. View payment options or contact the controller's office.
