Career Pathways
Career Pathways
The purpose of Career Pathways at TMCC is to support the development of an educational plan as it relates to your career goals and interests. Career Pathways are organized into 16 national clusters, which are broad occupational categories that share similar employment characteristics. You may think of each cluster as a specific Career Pathway. We envision that Career Pathways will complement student support services at TMCC. We invite you to explore these pages.
How can I figure out which career path to pursue?
You may begin by taking a Career Clusters inventory, which will assess your interests. The results may help you gain insight into what academic programs to explore. Think of it as an important step in the educational planning process.
Note: the inventory will not tell you what to do, rather it is meant to serve as a guidance option for academic and career research activities. Visit the career center for advanced career information and assessment options.
