Welcome Center - Truckee Meadows Community College

Located in the V. James Eardley Student Center, TMCC's Welcome Center offers several essential services and support for you as a prospective or current student. Staffed by our trained Student Ambassadors, the Welcome Center serves as our in-person College directory and your first stop when you have questions or need some help.

TMCC Student ID Cards

If you are enrolled in at least one credit hour for the current semester, you can obtain your TMCC student identification card. Bring a current government-issued form of identification, such as a driver's license or passport.

Student ID Hours/Location

TMCC student IDs may be obtained Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at the Welcome Center on the first floor of the Red Mountain Building at TMCC's Dandini Campus.

Student ID Cost/Replacement

Initial student ID cards are free of charge.

IT Customer Service

Information Technology customer service representatives can assist you with passwords, connect your mobile device to the TMCC wireless network, and more. Staffing hours vary depending on semester cycles.
