Our team manages day-to-day maintenance, grounds and custodial needs, as well as planning for future growth and oversight of construction projects.

Each day, we work hard to provide a safe and welcoming environment for our faculty, staff, students and visitors.

Our Responsibilities

We are responsible for the planning, construction, renovation, maintenance, repair and operation of buildings, facilities, utility systems, and grounds for all Truckee Meadows Community College sites.

Our office is also responsible for capital improvement projects.
