Fitness Virtual Drop-In Class: Basic Athletic Training
DeWayne Manning's Basic Athletic Training
Participants will learn basic anatomy and training techniques to have a safe, effective, and challenging workout in the comfort of your home, or take your training session outdoors. Each class will be taught using "body weight" techniques. No equipment necessary, but small weights, bands, or exercise balls are optional to enhance workouts.

In consideration of COVID safety measures, the TMCC Sports and Fitness Center would like to offer to our TMCC community (faculty, staff and students) the opportunity to work out in the comfort of your own home.
Our very own PEX instructors will be offering FREE drop-in Zoom fitness classes. You do not have to have a current membership of the TMCC Fitness Center to participate in these classes.
