Student-written staged reading
While waiting for her fiancé to return home from World War 2, actress and playwright Wilma Robinson attempts to get her musical to the theatres of Broadway. With the lingering presence of her neighbor Jack Earnest, Wilma spends December of 1945 facing the harsh realities and practices of the entertainment industry that were once normalized.
