Detailed treatment of organic molecules, simple functional groups, stereochemistry, reaction mechanisms, introductory synthesis, and spectroscopy. For chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology, and other pre-professional majors. Credit allowed in only one of CHEM 220, CHEM 241, or CHEM 341.
