As part of the Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21st Century Act (Perkins V), TMCC is required to conduct a CLNA at least every two years. The CLNA is designed as the foundation of Perkins V implementation and should drive grant application development and future spending decisions. This process is a chance to take an in-depth look at the entire local Career and Technical Education (CTE) system and identify areas where targeted improvements can lead to increased opportunities for student success.
The CLNA dashboards show CTE concentrators retention and placement, earned postsecondary credentials, and participation in nontraditional fields of study. Data can be viewed by career cluster and is disaggregated by gender, race and special populations. Career clusters are defined by subjects and programs of study used in Perkins reporting.
Note: CLNA metrics include a subset of TMCC students and a subset of the programs we offer, and should not be viewed as an exhaustive report on TMCC student outcomes.
