Description

This course explores the elements, principles, and theories of design as applied to projects in various analog and digital media. It emphasizes the integration of design principles with the properties of wood, concrete, steel, glass, masonry, and other construction materials. This class reviews the fundamentals of urban design theory and invites students to apply these theories to neighborhood design.
