Description

This is the second year course for individuals in the building trades' plumber/pipefitter apprenticeship program. This course is taken twice in the second year. The total embedded content is covered when this course is taken twice. This course will provide a comprehensive introduction to the principles and concepts of preventive maintenance as well as orientation and safe operation of several pieces of construction equipment and materials orientation. This course satisfies 20 hours of instruction toward specified programs and certificates for AAS Math/Quantitative Reasoning General Education requirements.
