This course is one of a series prepared for professional construction supervisors to help them become better supervisors. The instructor acts as a discussion stimulator and program guide in exposing the students to a variety of resources: workbooks with exercises, role-playing, case studies, critical incident studies, simulation, audio-tape presentation and testing.
