Advance notice of 3 weeks (21 days) is required for all catering services to ensure adequate
lead time for ordering, prep, and staff coordination.
- Catering services are available Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m.–4 p.m. Additional fees will be charged to cover staff overtime for evening and weekend events.
- Catering services are on a first-come first-served basis. If we are committed to other catering events before we receive your request, we may be unable to serve the event.
- Minimum guest count for catering orders is 10. For groups of 10 or less, arrangements can be made for pre-ordered meals for pickup at Café Verde. Please contact us to coordinate.
TMCC Departments may be required to have pre-approval for Host-related Expenditures.
TMCC Café Verde does not offer alcoholic beverages or service.
