Truckee Meadows Community College and College of Southern Nevada (CSN) have formed a partnership to bring programs offered in the Las Vegas area to Reno.
This partnership allows you to complete your prerequisites here at TMCC and, once accepted into your program of choice, attend your didactic classes here at TMCC via interactive video conference, and your labs and clinics at area hospitals.

Programs
Radiation Therapy
This is a full-time, 21-month program that prepares you to work with radiation oncologists in delivering daily doses of ionizing radiation to the prescribed tumor volume. Students receive both classroom instruction and supervised clinical experience in cancer centers.
Graduates receive an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree, and are eligible to sit for the national American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) examination.
Surgical Technologist
The program requires 60.5 total credit hours for completion and includes both classroom instruction and clinical practice in surgical technology.
Once you have completed the required courses, you will achieve an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree, and will be eligible to take the national certification examination for surgical technologists.
