We are pleased to offer a variety of spaces to accommodate your event needs. Please follow the steps below to begin the process to reserving a space for your event.
Steps for Scheduling an External Event
- Complete the Request to Schedule an Event Form
Complete the Request to Schedule an Event Form with the important details of your event. Once your event form is received, we will respond to your request within 48 hours. - Review Event Space, Layout Options and Rental Fees
You will be contacted by an event scheduler to discuss the following:- Event space options: We will assist you with determining the best event space that meets your specific event needs. Event spaces are determined based on the following
- Event space layout: Help you choose one of our standard layouts for your event space (note: some event spaces may have a set standard layout that cannot be changed).
- Facility usage fees: We will review the fees that are associated with the space that is reserved for your event.
- Provide a Signed Contractual Agreement
You will be provided a contractual agreement which will require the signature and date by the contact person for the event. This person will also be required to be on-site the day of the event.- The contractual agreement will be reviewed by the Scheduling and Events Office who will also obtain other necessary approvals as required for your event.
- If your event is approved, then the event scheduler will proceed with tentatively holding the space.
- Provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI)
Use of TMCC facilities requires combined single limits of liability insurance in the amount of $2,000,000 and a certificate of insurance naming the Board of Regents, Nevada System of Higher Education as an additional insured. Additional liability insurance may be required for high-risk events or activities. An event scheduler can provide further information. - Protection of Children Procedure
If your event will have children on campus (persons under 18 years of age), please discuss the Protection of Children Procedure with an event scheduler who will assist you in obtaining the necessary documents required for review. - Notification of Event Approval
You will be notified once your event request has been completely approved. Only after receiving a confirmation email with a reservation number, will your reservation be confirmed. Please bring a copy of your confirmation with you to your event.
